10 Questions With Amy
Amy has been a part of TiCC team for as long as we can remember! We couldn’t leave it any longer to ask her 10 questions about her style, job and perfect weekend!
Q1. You are a writer and a stylist, tell us more….
A. I started out as a freelance writer about five years ago, writing blogs, articles and social media posts and I haven’t looked back. It is the perfect job for me to express my creativity as does my styling work. Both compliment each other and I just love helping women find their confidence through style.
Q2. What do you love most about your job?
A. I love getting ideas down on paper and researching new concepts. It feels amazing to learn something new everyday! I also love the idea of helping others through my words and styling.
Q3. How would you describe your style?
A. Over the years I have found my unique personal style from only buying pieces that work together and will enhance my wardrobe. An earthy, neutral colour palette with a splash of soft pink, a touch of velvet, a love of jumpsuits and a huge dose of stripes perfectly sums it up!
Q4. What is your favourite trend for SS18?
A. Polka dots, I’ve got a bit of an obsession. I’ve just bought a Topshop shirt, which looks great with my high waisted jeans, ooo and a skirt with an uneven hem – perfect for the summer.
Q5. Where do you love to shop the most?
The shops I can’t enter without resisting temptation is Mango, Zara (of course), Topshop and COS.
Q6. Tell us something that we might not know about you……
I love to dance, whether in a class, on the dance floor or in the kitchen it’s the perfect way to have fun, let go and get fit!
Q7. Where is your favourite place you have been in the world?
That’s a difficult one. My last two holidays have been incredible so it will have to be Croatia or Portugal. But I do love Budapest and Paris too!
Q8. Describe your perfect weekend.
I love heading out for a walk in the countryside, getting away from the city (that I love) and exploring somewhere totally new.
Q9. Who is your style icon?
Alexa Chung for sure, she never gets it wrong!
10. I is for?
Imagination – the possibilities are endless!
