Describe yourself in a few key words…

Happy, bubbly, positive, energetic, creative, caring

What brought you to become an Image Consultant?

I’ve been in the fashion industry for over 14 years now and it’s something that I was born to do – I love it! I had my first child in 2014 and knew that returning back to my crazy paced job at Topshop Head Office which involved lots of travelling, wouldn’t work for our family now that we had our little girl in our life. I qualified as an Image Consultant in 2015 and I’ve never looked back! I’m able to work flexible hours around my children but also still work in the industry that is my passion.

What inspires you?

Bloggers, Instagram and street style. I take bits from all of these. In my personal life, my incredible children inspire me every day to not take life too seriously and to just laugh!

What are your favourite brands & who are your favourite fashion designers/influencers?

Zara, Topshop, & Other Stories, Mango, H&M. Victoria Beckham is the ultimate style icon for me, love her! Olivia Palermo is also up there! I also love bloggers A Mothers Edit, The Fashion Bug Blog and The Fashionable Pan

How would you describe your personal style?

Casual Glam! Being a mum of two, I spend the week mostly in casual clothes –  straight leg jeans, a chunky knit, a pair of Vans…but I always try to add a little bit of glam through a pop of colour, a silky fabric, a bit of leather or a print. And heels – not practical for the school run but whenever I get the chance, I pop a pair on!

Tell us 3 things about yourself we don’t know…

  • I have a degree in Biology from The University of Nottingham
  • The top of my finger got chopped off when I was 3 (dodgy accident with a door hinge! Ouch!)
  • I ran the London Marathon in 2013

What is your style philosophy?

Wear whatever makes you happy! Happy people are beautiful. This is the key to style.

What plans do you have for the future?

I’m hoping to start writing my own fashion blog in the next few months! I have so many tips and tricks I would like to share with anybody that wants to read!
