Let’s be honest, this year hasn’t exactly been the best, we’ve all been affected in some way and have all had to adapt quite significantly. One thing I know about uncertainty and change is that it has the power to really rock a person’s confidence, and this can feel really disheartening.

How are you feeling? Has your confidence taken a hit, or were you not feeling confident in the first place? Most people think that confidence is something people either have in spades or don’t – well the truth is, confidence is a skill and one any of us can learn at anytime.

So if you’re wanting to boost your confidence and feel good about yourself, this workshop is for you.  Learn how to rediscover your self-belief, unlock your true potential and walk into any room with your head held high.

 

In this workshop you will learn:

 

  • Breathing for confidence (and to manage nerves)
  • How to Master your mindset
  • Visualise the outcome you truly desire.
  • Posture and presence (How to walk with your held high and make the best first impression)
  • Talk the talk (Tone, style and delivery)
  • Anchor a feeling of confidence to be used any anytime.

 

This 90 minute interactive event takes place online through ‘zoom’ – we’ll email you the link to register in advance for the workshop 24 hours before.
