Body confidence through your clothes
We all suffer with body confidence issues from time to time, sometimes this is out of our control, but many times we are able to change the way we see ourselves through a change in mindset and how we wear our clothes. Personal stylist, coach and mentor Emmeline has helped women improve their body confidence for over 13 years, she believes we can wear whatever we want, but in order to do this we need to do some self reflection first to feel the best we can feel in our clothes, and to increase our self esteem.
Emmeline will be your body confidence booster throughout this workshop and will make sure you leave with some personalised tools to help you move forward. You will be able to identify your style personality type to make better wardrobe choices, have a greater understanding of the impact and importance of colour, and feel lifted with a healthier mindset around your body.
Eat well, live well
We make over 200 food-related decisions a day, 95% of which are subconscious. In a fast-paced world what and how we eat has a profound effect on our physical and mental wellbeing, and yet what we do eat is often influenced by our environment or our mood. 75% of us are also confused about nutrition messaging and how it relates to us. The media fuels this problem, making headlines out of conflicting reports and we’re not sure who to trust.
In this session Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist Laura, shines a light on the complex field of Nutrition Science, enabling you to feel empowered and savvy when making food choices for your body. All diet dilemmas, food fictions and controversies welcome in the Q&A.
You’ll also discover which one of the five Eating Personalities you most align with and what is really influencing your daily food habits.
With greater insight and perspective, you will leave this workshop with tailored nutrition tips and sound, practical advice to take control of your nutritional wellbeing.
